Jasmina practises primarily in Commercial Law and Family Law, with extensive experience in matters involving both complex financial structures and sensitive personal issues. Her key areas of practice include:

• Family Law – intricate property settlements involving businesses, trusts and self-managed superannuation funds; parenting matters including relocation, shared care arrangements and child welfare issues; as well as spousal maintenance, child support and binding financial agreements;

• Intervention Orders (IVO) and related family law proceedings;

• Commercial and Contractual Disputes, including partnership disputes, breach of contract, debt recovery and business sale disputes;

• Corporate and Personal Insolvency, including winding-up, bankruptcy and director liability matters;

• Equity and Trusts, including constructive and resulting trust claims and breach of fiduciary duty matters;

• Wills and Estates, including estate planning, testamentary trusts, probate and contested estates.

• Construction Law, advising owners, builders and subcontractors in residential and commercial building disputes; acting in disputes involving defective building works, delays, variations, incomplete works and failure to comply with plans and specifications; negotiating settlements of final payment claims and variations; guiding clients through DBDRV processes, VCAT proceedings and expert evidence requirements, including structural, engineering and building-inspection reports; advising on occupancy permits, statutory warranties and insurer involvement.
