Hamish is a founder and director of TM Collins Law. He has substantial experience as a commercial lawyer in front end (transactional and advisory) and back end (disputes & insolvency) across industry sectors.

 Hamish also has extensive experience in the real estate sector advising developers, franchisors, real estate agencies, and builders, from routine commercial advice to high quantum disputes.

 At his core, Hamish is a specialist in complex litigation and strategic advice. He is highly regarded for his ability to cut through complex arrangements to discern the key issues and navigate difficult matters to commercial resolutions. He is a tenacious litigator and has a wealth of trial experience in Victorian Courts (all levels), Supreme and District Courts (QLD & NSW) and the Federal Court of Australia.
