Chelsea brings a wealth of property and finance knowledge to her role as Head of Property and Finance at TM Collins, having worked in the legal profession for over 10 years.

 Chelsea has acted for some of the largest developers in both Melbourne and Queensland, handling complex residential and commercial property matters with skill and precision.  In addition to her property experience, Chelsea has also assisted developers in navigating the delicate process of obtaining acquisition and construction funding.  She has acted for a number of private lenders (both senior and mezzanine) in respect of large-scale property developments involving complex security arrangements. 

 She prides herself on her dedication, strong work ethic and commercial mindset - all of which have proven to be instrumental in her success in facilitating transactions.
